Czysta Odwaga shows that Polish craft can stand alongside the finest spirits in the world, inviting guests to discover new flavours and the stories behind them. For the tournament the brand has created four signature cocktails. On vodka: White Buffalo (sencha, passion fruit, tea tree, lemon, egg white) and Sowiniec Polo Sunrise (ginger soda, lime, angostura). On gin: Baobab Umbra (tonic, ginger, geranium, lemon) and African Herb Garden (vermouth, lemon verbena cordial). The bar also mixes Chivas whisky drinks: Chivas G. & Lime (Chivas 12YO, ginger, lime), ChivasTon (Chivas 12YO, tonic, lemon) and Chivas Sour (Chivas XV, lemon, sugar, Angostura, egg white), plus a Lillet Spritz (Lillet Rose, tonic, grapefruit).
